Chances are, you are able to identify with many of the roles and responsibilities described. The fact is, because you know and care for your loved one, you are the best person for this role. The goal of this course is to equip you so that you can fill your role with confidence. The goal of our learning community is to provide you the support of a group that will navigate the challenges and celebrate the joyful moments with you.

In the Introduction to Fundamental Principles module, you learned some concepts that are helpful to keep in mind as you move forward, either as a care manager for someone with memory problems, or working toward your own improved brain health.

In the first part of the Care Manage with Confidence course, we will focus on evaluation and data gathering. We will walk through what and how to assess current function while documenting baseline (skills pre-onset of the illness). The second part of the Care Manage with Confidence course will guide you through compiling the information you learned in order to develop a plan of care for your loved one.
